Lifetime Warranty
Every Pallas 1772 piece is covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, for the original purchaser, for as long as you own the piece.
If your piece develops a manufacturing defect at any point, we will repair it at no cost, or replace it if repair is not possible, at our discretion.
What is covered
— Defects in materials or workmanship attributable to manufacture
— Failure of the setting holding the meteorite or stone

— Damage caused by exposure to chemicals, perfumes, lotions, swimming pools, or saltwater
— Loss, theft, or damage during shipping by the customer
— Natural variation in the meteorite's Widmanstätten pattern, olivine crystal positions, or surface texture — every piece is unique and these variations are intrinsic to the material
— Natural oxidation, darkening, or surface changes that occur over time as part of the meteorite's exposure to air
— Damage from forceful impact, including chain breakage caused by snagging or yanking
— Repairs or modifications carried out by any party other than Pallas 1772
