Shipping & Delivery

Every Pallas 1772 piece ships complimentary worldwide, signed and fully insured.

Dispatch

Orders are prepared and dispatched from our workshop within 1-3 business days of confirmation. Each piece is hand-checked before it leaves the bench.

Delivery

We do not dispatch on weekends or UK bank holidays.

Once dispatched, pieces arrive within 3-5 business days. Delivery windows may extend during national holidays or peak periods, in which case we will notify you directly.

Signature

All shipments require a signature on delivery to ensure the piece reaches its intended owner.

Customs & Duties

For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, import duties and customs charges may apply depending on the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable on receipt. Every piece is declared at its full retail value, as required by international shipping regulations.

Tracking

A tracking link is provided in your dispatch confirmation email. We monitor every order until it reaches its destination.

Returns

You may return any piece within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Pieces are inspected on arrival back at the workshop. Return shipping is at your own cost unless the piece was damaged in transit or supplied incorrectly.
