Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your piece must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, undamaged, in its original packaging, and accompanied by its signed certificate of authenticity.

To start a return, contact us at shaunaosullivan88@outlook.com. We will provide a return address and instructions by reply. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Return shipping is at your own cost unless the piece was damaged in transit or supplied incorrectly.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately at shaunaosullivan88@outlook.com if your piece is damaged, defective, or incorrect, so we can resolve it.

Exceptions
We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or pieces that have been engraved or personalised. We do not accept returns of items showing signs of wear.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different piece is to return the original (once accepted) and place a new order separately.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your piece is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, in addition to the standard policy above. The piece must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
